杨慕杰,路胜利[1]（2004）在《基于苝酸酯受体光伏器件的性能表征》一文中研究指出The perylenetetracarboxylates were used as electron acceptors and electron transport materials in the preparation of plastic solar cells for the first time. Bulk heterojunction photovoltaic devices were fabricated with conjugated polymer of poly(3-hexyl thiophene) (P3HT) as the donor and perylenetetracarboxylates as the acceptors. Their photovoltaic performance parameters were measured. It is found that the open circuit voltage of the device is closely related to the acceptor strength of perylenetetracarboxylate acceptors.(本文来源于《高等学校化学学报》期刊2004年04期）
